We at Christian Tyler Properties strongly support the efforts of AIIA to champion the cause of EB-5 investors. In particular, we support the “grandfathering” language of the FIFPA bill.
We encourage you to join The American Immigrant Investor Alliance (AIIA) if you have not already done so. AIIA is a group of EB-5 investors who are dedicated to informing, educating, and advocating on behalf of all EB-5 investors from across the globe. This group is working on numerous legislative items that would serve to benefit EB-5 investors.
We are deeply empathetic for the ongoing delays in the program’s reauthorization. It is not fair that existing investors, who have followed every step required to obtain a Green Card through the EB-5 Program, should continue to be held in limbo.
