Step-by-Step Process
- Choosing a Project & Preparation

- Initial Documentation Provided by CTP: Receive an onboarding guide, project brochure, investor questionnaire, FAQ document, and other information relevant to your unique case.
- Engagement with Immigration Attorney & Financial Documentation
- Engagement with Immigration Attorney: Select a qualified U.S. immigration attorney who is familiar with the EB-5 process. Sign the attorney’s terms of engagement letter and pay required legal fees.
- Source of Funds Documentation: Provide documentation as directed by the immigration attorney to document the legal source and path of investment.
- CTP Project Subscription Documentation
- Project Subscription Documents: Sign and submit required project subscription documents to CTP, including various agreements and memorandums.
- Wire Transfer of Investment Amount and CTP Fees
- Fund Transfer: Wire transfer US$800,000 to a designated investment escrow account.
- Fund Receipt Confirmation: CTP receives confirmation of receipt of funds from the escrow agent and fund administrators.

- Petition Preparation and Submission Period
- Petition Preparation: The immigration attorney prepares the final petition (Form I-526E) and Source of Funds report. The main EB-5 applicant reviews and approves the petition.
- Petition Submission: The attorney submits the petition to USCIS and USCIS provides a receipt notice and case number. Funds are deployed to the project, and the client is now vested in the project and the EB-5 program.
- Adjustment of Status (AOS) (if applicable): For investors already in the U.S. on a qualifying visa, concurrent filing for adjustment of status is an option. Work and travel permits are typically issued within 3-4 months of filing, with full AOS approval taking 12-18 months.

- USCIS Review and Adjudication
- USCIS Review Period: USCIS reviews and adjudicates the EB-5 Visa petition.

- Conditional Permanent Residency Period (if not qualified for AOS)
