What is the EB-5 Programand why is it the most secure way to acheieve permananent residency in the United States?

Established in 1990, the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program initiative permits foreign individuals to make a qualifying investment in either a new or established US commercial enterprise, thereby creating a minimum of 10 jobs and enabling them to acquire a Green Card.

Through this program, EB-5 Investors and their families attain permanent residency, granting them the privilege to reside and work anywhere in the United States. The process generally requires the investor to transfer the required investment amount to an escrow account or to the project’s designated bank account. It is important to ensure compliance with the EB-5 program’s regulations and the project’s specific investment requirements. Source of funds review will be completed before the funds are wired to ensure compliance.

I-526 Petition

The next step – in conjunction with an immigration attorney – involves filing an I-526E petition with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). This petition demonstrates that the investor has made the necessary investment and that the project will create the required number of jobs.

Apply for Green
Card Upon
I-526E Approval

Upon approval of the I-526E petition, investors and their eligible immediate family members can apply for a conditional green card, which grants them the right to live and work in the United States. During this time, they can enjoy the benefits and opportunities available to permanent residents. For example, investors and their eligible family members can explore a wide range of educational institutions, seek employment without additional work visas, and access health services. Green Card

After two years of holding the conditional green card, investors can apply for the removal of conditions (Form I-829). Once the conditions are removed, investors receive a permanent green card, providing them and their family members with long-term residency and additional benefits.
