Developing Lives. Building Communities.

CTP Opportunities Funds

The goal of our CTP Opportunities Funds is to acquire, develop, redevelop and reposition real estate assets on properties serving low‐to‐moderate income communities or designated community redevelopment areas within Targeted Employment Areas which are within the Florida High Tech Corridor. This is a unique investment concept that seeks to breathe new life into older properties, develop new ground up projects, and reinvigorate communities that have been underserved or neglected to improve asset performance and add value though proactive management. This is accomplished utilizing the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services sponsored Florida Equity and Growth Fund Regional Center, LLC, which is majority owned by Christian Tyler Properties, LLC. Through our strong relationships with our financial partners, we are able to source transactions and identify unique opportunities to maximize returns. As with all CTP projects and endeavors, sensitivity to the community and environment, as well as responsibility to our investors, is paramount to ensure each project the Fund acquires is a ‘win-win’ for everyone involved.

Being Green

At CTP, we believe it is our responsibility to ensure the highest standard of environmental performance on every project. We demonstrate this commitment through our search and completion of Green projects, which we have as our goal to receive LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design for Existing Buildings) certification from the U.S. Green Building Council for any project we develop. In addition, we are actively involved in establishing renewable waste-to-energy facilities to emerging countries throughout the world.
