The Lake Lure Senior Living project is the development, construction, and operation of a new Assisted Living  and Memory Care Facility to be developed in Lake Lure, North Carolina.

Lake Lure is located in Rutherford County adjacent to the Asheville Metropolitan Statistical Area, which has a  regional population of over a half million residents.

Comprised of 31,153 square feet, Lake Lure Senior Living will feature 62 beds, housed in 44 private and semi-  private units serving both Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. Lake Lure Senior Living will be of  traditional design, aiming to provide an affordable facility that caters directly to the middle-class  demographic within the region. The Facility will feature desirable amenities such as a salon, bistro, wellness  center and activity rooms for residents to enjoy. 

With capital expenditures expected to total approximately $11.8 million, the Project intends to combine foreign capital from up to 10 qualified EB-5 immigrant investors with  conventional financing and an equity contribution from the Developer, to create about 124 new permanent  job.
