January Aerials of Tampa Oaks
Our partners at CORE Construction recently gave us the latest aerials of Tampa Oaks, now known officially as Promise Pointe at Tampa Oaks. We are proud that the development that began in August 2016 is now about to receive its Certificate of Occupancy within the next two weeks. Next steps include having our operator, LCS, obtaining our ACHA license to operate the facility. The Grand Opening celebration is scheduled for March 20th, 2018. A few weeks ago, our Marketing Coordinator, Emily Blaine, took a “Dusty Boots Tour” of the 8-acre project to share the progress on the interior development.
