The start of the new year marked the first round of Coronavirus vaccinations in our assisted living facilities in Florida and North Carolina, as part of the federal partnership with CVS pharmacy. The team from CVS will not only be vaccinating residents, but also staff and essential caregivers.
Our Tampa Oaks Senior Living Project (Promise Pointe at Tampa Oaks) in Florida received its first round of vaccines on January 15th. Each of the facilities that are a part of The North Carolina Senior Living Project also received their vaccines during the first week of January 2021.
Thank you to the team at CVS and the federal, state, and county governments for all of your hard work making sure our residents and staff got vaccinated!
In these difficult times that we find ourselves in during the COVID-19 pandemic, good news like this is to be cherished. We at CTP have never been prouder of a group of individuals as we are the staff that are making sacrifices and showing an unending commitment to the safety and well-being of each one of our residents who we consider to be a part of our extended family. This exciting news brings us hope as we continue to care for the elderly in our community.
